A fine example of service at it's best.
I have been riding and/or driving motor vehicles on our roads for 65 years and in that time I have owned dozens and dozens of vehicles nearly all bought from traders and I have to say the service I received at MSB Motor Company was amongst the best if not the best I have experienced. No pressure, no attempt to sell anything just a friendly chat and, by the way, thanks for the cup of tea Martin it was very welcome having driven 120 miles to view the car I was interested in. The car in question was really well presented but not over the top, no attempt had been made to make it out to be something that it wasn't. Eventually we made the deal having been given a sensible price for my trade in. Martin even sorted out the Road Fund License for me, something I have always had to do myself when I got home. I don't usually award five stars for anything as I find that perfection is rarely achieved in life but here I make an exception.

From first contact via a phone call to driving my new (to me) car home - Absolute pleasure to deal with. I asked for particular locations to be photographed - Not a problem and photos arrived quickly. On arrival to view - the car was immaculate. I was invited to review the car on my own and pop back into the office if I had questions or when I was finished - No pressure. Easy and stress free purchase. Car (Lexus RX450h) was exactly as advertised and I wasn't presured or rushed looking round. A few minor things needed sorting and everything was agreed along with a price. Car was perfect when I picked it up a few days later. , I've had a couple of hundred stress free miles since and couldn't be happier. Honest down-to-earth Father and Son team, great communication from intital enquiry to pick up. Highly recommended!

First conversation held with Martin who answered all my question without hesitation, my second call was with Harrison who again gave me the very same update and also gave me a live video focusing in close on a number of my requested components which did confirm the initial comments in the discussion. They reserved the vehicle with a holding deposit as I was away on holiday. On my return the long journey was made to view the car . Harrison's hospitality was excellent offering toilet facilities and beverages Harrison left me to look over the car by myself, I must add that my 1st impression was if this car drives as good as it looked I was taking it home and I did. The car was found as described with all supported docs. It was a total pleasure from the 1st call to collecting the car. Great credit to the team and was totally satisfied. Awesome and straight forward process from point of sale to after-sale. Absolutely phenomenal service from Harrison and his dad. Bought a Mini JCW which was perfect and as described. It's now been 3 months and we haven't had a single problem. I realised when getting my tyres changed today that the locking wheel nut was missing so I messaged Harrison to see if it was potentially lying around in his garage and within 10 minutes he had refunded me for the cost of a replacement key. Could not ask for better and I will recommend MSB to everybody. This is a garage that will not only provide the best service at point of sale, but they will continue to exceed your expectations afterwards too.

Fantastic Service

From the day I called Martin about the Mini I was interested in, I could tell he was a genuine friendly and helpful man. He answered all my questions and by email and phone and we arranged for a viewing. He wasn't pushy and was happy to take time to show us the car, but explain history and we took for test drive. I spent two years looking for the best car I could find. As an experienced car engineer and vehicle inspector I was often disappointed at the cars upon inspection. The one fact that led me to MSB was the customer feedback. I realise things often go wrong but it's how people react to a problem that I look for. When you have a feedback like MSB it's reassuring to know that if there is a problem it will be resolved quickly and efficiently. I left it for a week before I gave feedback to enjoy my new car and I'm pleased that it has been as good as I had hoped for. To summarise, if I can find the ideal car from MSB I would happily recommend them to anyone.

Wow, what can I say! This place really is a 5 star dealership. No other dealership can compare. Martin takes real pride in his business, a lovely, knowledable man. You can really see he takes care of all of the cars on sight, they are Beautiful cars! We bought a Green Mini Cooper and the car is immaculate and runs like a dream. Martin is equally informative and helpful, but also gives you space to look at the cars independently. Cannot fault this place, and I would be willing to travel a long way to buy from here. If I could give a rating of more than five stars 1 would. Martin could not have been more helpful. Living in France and wishing to buy a car in the UK is not the most easiest matter to negotiate. Great car, great people, great service!
Went to see a BMW 640d, Martín and Harrison really looked after us and nothing was too much trouble. The car drove faultlessly and is in fantastic condition. One thing that really struck me was how well the car was prepped prior to our visit. We had looked at many and MSB's cars are second to none!
