Outstanding

Superb from initial contact to collection of car. Friendly, helpful, efficient. Harrison was so knowledgeable about the car and made the whole process easy and straightforward. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a pleasant experience buying a car before. I would wholeheartedly recommend MSB Motor Company to everyone I know.

A fine example of service at it's best.

I have been riding and/or driving motor vehicles on our roads for 65 years and in that time I have owned dozens and dozens of vehicles nearly all bought from traders and I have to say the service I received at MSB Motor Company was amongst the best if not the best I have experienced. No pressure, no attempt to sell anything just a friendly chat and, by the way, thanks for the cup of tea Martin it was very welcome having driven 120 miles to view the car I was interested in. The car in question was really well presented but not over the top, no attempt had been made to make it out to be something that it wasn't. Eventually we made the deal having been given a sensible price for my trade in. Martin even sorted out the Road Fund License for me, something I have always had to do myself when I got home. I don't usually award five stars for anything as I find that perfection is rarely achieved in life but here I make an exception.

From first contact via a phone call to driving my new (to me) car home - Absolute pleasure to deal with. I asked for particular locations to be photographed - Not a problem and photos arrived quickly. On arrival to view - the car was immaculate. I was invited to review the car on my own and pop back into the office if I had questions or when I was finished - No pressure. Asked for a test drive - No problem Left a deposit & collected the car the next day Cracking car - fantastic service Well done :)

Excellent experience-recommended dealer-Lexus RX450h

Easy and stress free purchase. Car (Lexus RX450h) was exactly as advertised and I wasn't presured or rushed looking round. A few minor things needed sorting and everything was agreed along with a price. Car was perfect when I picked it up a few days later. , I've had a couple of hundred stress free miles since and couldn't be happier. Honest down-to-earth Father and Son team, great communication from intital enquiry to pick up. Highly recommended!

Restores your faith

Normally don't leave reviews, but felt MSB Motors deserved one. Very professional, courteous and helpful during the sales process. Unfortunately a couple of issues arose with the car after a couple of days. I contacted MSB and they could not have been more helpful. The issues were dealt with immediately. It restores your faith.

First conversation held with Martin who answered all my question without hesitation, my second call was with Harrison who again gave me the very same update and also gave me a live video focusing in close on a number of my requested components which did confirm the initial comments in the discussion. They reserved the vehicle with a holding deposit as I was away on holiday. On my return the long journey was made to view the car . Harrison’s hospitality was excellent offering toilet facilities and beverages Harrison left me to look over the car by myself, I must add that my 1st impression was if this car drives as good as it looked I was taking it home and I did. The car was found as described with all supported docs. It was a total pleasure from the 1st call to collecting the car. Great credit to the team and was totally satisfied. Great…different to most car dealers

We travelled some distance today to look at a Mini Countryman.Harrison was very welcoming(great coffee too) and knowledgeable about the car. The car was as described, perhaps a little better even ? We purchased the car and drove away very happy with our new car. Would highly recommend.

I'd been on the lookout for exactly what he had, and from spotting, reviewing his overview video, to the phone conversation, put my mind at ease completely that I this was the right decision. I'd a fair bit to travel, but was totally worth it. Everything was exactly what it 'said on the tin', even better in real life. Almost a week on, and totally beyond satisfied with my purchase, and confidence in Recommending Martin & the MSB experience.

SUCH GREAT SERVICE

I drove from Lincoln to see an immaculate Jaguar XK8 having agreed to buy it on a Thursday it was delivered on Tuesday, Geegee delivered it to my door with the warranty, my whole experience was amazing, thank you Harrison.

I found MSB to be amazing. I’m always hesitant buying a 2nd hand car but Harrison was so helpful, non pushy and always available when I called. I didn`t end up buying the car but I just wanted to say that Martin was very open, answered all my queries and was very patient replying to all my emails. He tried his best to come to a good deal but In the end, I just decided the spec of the car was not quite what I needed.
